Bridal rentals that just make sense! As a 2023 bride and former party industry pro, I have a lot of opinions about the stigma surrounding anything bridal. All that aside, here are some wedding specific rentals that just make sense! Whether you’re planning a wedding or considering this as a business concept… the gist is clear. Bridal rentals are an excellent way to implement high quality products when celebrating a once-in-a-lifetime event (probably).
Florals
Silk floral rentals are an excellent way to minimize up front costs while still achieving a classic, bridal aesthetic. Many local florists offer silk florals for rent. When I worked as a balloon artist, we kept trendy reusable florals on hand at all times such as:
- Eucalyptus
- Pampas grass
- Basic greenery
- Baby’s breath

Backdrops
The cost of a backdrop is generally fairly high, particularly if you’re only going to use it a couple of days, at best, over the course of your wedding. They’re also fairly difficult to setup which can be a stressful process for anyone involved. Having said that, a backdrop is one of the key items that you’ll want at your wedding. It helps with the flow of your guests, making sure the pictures shared on social media are what you want, and really provides an opportunity for your guest’s personality to shine through on your big day. Think things like:
- Greenery wall
- Floral wall
- Pipes & Drapes
Once you have a backdrop you can add things like customized neon or wooden signs, balloons, or other decor to really personalize the space for you and your guests to enjoy.
Table Pieces
For my wedding, I was lucky enough to borrow from a family member who was married a couple of months beforehand. Many people aren’t so lucky. I think the last-minute scramble really helped my case in that situation.
Gorgeous center pieces I’ve seen my clients use that are swoon worthy and really pull the space together include:
- vintage candelabras
- so. many. candles.
- vases
- lanterns
- bird cages
- cake stands
- silver serving ware
- tablecloths
Signage
- chalkboards
- custom vinyl messages on various materials
- neon signs
- ring holder signs
- the list goes on!
Comfort items
- tables & chairs
- tents of varying sizes
- ceremony specific seating
- vintage furniture- like a peacock chair!
- barrels & tubs for extras
- aisle runner
Entertainment
- champagne wall
- corn hole boards
- keg equipment
- dance floor
